- Porcelain fused to gold alloy substructure
- Titanium abutments
- Dentistry by Dr. Carl E. Misch
Some clinicians prefer the lab to prep the abutments for a common path of insertion.
We have Swiss made precision milling machine with burs of 0, 2, 4 and 6 degree taper to properly finish the job.
When I first started with Tom he virtually taught me every time we were on the phone.
By giving me ideas he has greatly improved my protocol.
I shared all these little tricks with my peers.
Later we invited Tom to Missoula for our study club.
He turned out a great speaker on implant related subjects for us and our lab technicians.
